We are seeking a highly accomplished and experienced External Audit Manager to join our esteemed Audit & Assurance team. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex audit engagements, mentoring and developing junior staff, and contributing significantly to the firm's growth and success.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working as an External Auditor in a public accounting firm.
  • Professional certifications such as SOCPA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CICA, ICAEW, AICPA, CA-Australia, or equivalent are mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and audit software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
